Statement of Due Diligence Assessments under the Transparency Act (2025)

Since 2022, AkvaFuture AS has been subject to the Norwegian Transparency Act, formally titled the Act relating to enterprises’ transparency and work on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

The purpose of the Act is to promote respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions, and to ensure that customers, business partners, and other stakeholders are provided with insight into how products and services are produced.

The statement for 2025 was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors on 28 May 2025. It provides a consolidated description of the company’s due diligence assessments, as well as a more detailed account of how we work to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Act. Sustainability Report for 2024 Published

We have published the sustainability report for the 2024 financial year. The report highlights strong operational performance, including a 97.6% survival rate in production. Although we are not legally required to prepare sustainability reporting, we do so to increase transparency and support continuous improvement.
